Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with potential clients and tenants
- Visiting properties and touring with prospective tenants
- Working with brokers through negotiation process and determining retailers to approach
- Preparing budgets
- Generating Annual CAM reconciliations
- Determining Long-term major repair plans
- Creating variance reporting
- Monitoring expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and recovery
- Overseeing maintenance and determining property maintenance timelines
- Selecting and managing vendors
- Managing compliance for vendors and tenants
- Managing CapEx and TI projects
- Managing accounting
- Managing lease administration
- Working with marketing team to execute site events
- Preparing ownership reporting
- Managing a variety of ownership projects
Specialty Qualifications:
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Ability to listen and provide solutions for tenants
- Solid accounting and financial knowledge
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' Property Manager with in retail properties
- Strong people and development/mentorship skills
- BA or BS highly desired
- CA RE License preferred
- Yardi or MRI experience
- Strong financial knowledge/experience
- MS Office - intermediate to advanced
